Official Giveaway Rules

No purchase necessary. All entrants must be a future bride or groom, be at least 18 years of age by January 31, 2005. No duplications. All entries must be received by January 31, 2005 to be valid. Once the WINNERS are selected and verified, it becomes the sole responsibility of the WINNERS to contact the following companies to arrange the respective prize awards: the 8-Day / 7-night Honeymoon Package will be awarded by The Ministry of Tourism and Bahamas Out Islands Promotion Board. The Honeymoon Package is valid for two people only and is not valid in combination with any other promotion or discount. The Honeymoon Package includes: Air-conditioned accommodations for eight days and seven nights, Free Drink upon arrival, Honeymoon dinner, unlimited use of private beach, chaise lounges by pool, and all taxes and gratuities. Hotel stay must be confirmed directly with Emerald Palm Resort and is subject to space availability. Some black out dates apply. The Honeymoon Package does not include: Transportation, transfers, government tax of 10%, meals, beverages, service charges on food and beverages of 15%, and all gift shop purchases. Prize valid until December 18, 2004. The Two-night stay requires advance reservations and is subject to availability for Friday, Saturday or Sunday Nights, only at any one of the Day Hospitality Group's 12 Atlanta locations. Premier Wedding Planner will notify the above sponsors of the WINNERS' names, but assumes no responsibility for the arrangement or delivery of said prizes once the WINNERS are selected. All prize sponsors reserve the right to apply any restrictions to their award.

All entries must be legible and all information completed. The WINNERS will be chosen in a random drawing to be held on or about February 14, 2005. Premier Wedding Planner or The Centre for Premier Suites and Business Services, Inc. are not responsible for lost, late or misdirected entries. WINNERS will be notified by telephone. If no contact is made within ten days, an alternate couple will be selected. Decisions of the judges are final.

Employees or families of Premier Wedding Planner, The Centre for Premier Suites and Business Services, Inc., affiliates or advertisers of Premier Wedding Planner are not eligible to win.

No substitutions will be made for the prizes and prizes are not transferrable; only the name of the person on entry card is valid and may collect prize. Only one prize will be awarded per WINNER. Acceptance of prizes constitutes agreement to use WINNERS' names, and/or photos for promotional purposes, and may be required to fill out such release forms which must be returned within 30 days or an alternate may be selected.

Prizes are void where prohibited by law.

Income and applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the WINNERS.
